Derby career highlight
It isn’t so easy to pinpoint a highlight as I have loved it all! I think making that first step (Or wobbly stride on skates) at my first fresh meat session was a simple but great achievement considering I couldn’t skate! Passing min skills first time made me happy! Getting lead jammer in my first ever scrim was pretty sweet!

Life outside derby
I am one of those fantastically lucky people who absolutely love their job – I work at a special needs school, and do some nannying on the side! Other than that, I love going on adventures, visiting new places, dancing (badly), laughing, gin, making cakes at 10.30pm (they don’t turn out so well) and star gazing!

League work
I’ve been an avid supporter since 2012, and since I joined the league, I have taken part in fundraising, helping on bout days, and now I am Head of Bouts and Scrims!
